Crispy Baked Kale Snack

  • 1lb washed and torn kale leaves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Combine all and spread evenly in one layer on cookie sheets.

Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 15minutes or until kale is dry and “paper-like” but not brown

For a twist sprinkle with fresh grated Parmesan
